I’m Emily—the heart and hands behind
Mothered Majesty.
From the time I was a little girl,
I’ve been enchanted by the miracle of life. I would pretend to be pregnant during imaginary games, flip eagerly to the “stages of human pregnancy” section in biology books, and secretly pore over my mother’s copy of What to Expect When You’re Expecting like it was an ancient, revered text.
Motherhood & parenthood
have always felt special to me - something I feel deeply called
to witness and nurture.I’ve walked through seasons of transformation in my own life -
grief, healing, loss, and renewal.
I understand what it feels like to not recognize yourself in the midst of
life-altering change. Postpartum is a sacred threshold, and I bring both
my training and lived empathy to meet you where you are. I am here not to fix, but to walk alongside you with gentleness, presence, and grounded care. I will meet you in the quiet tears, the cluttered sink, and the
tender, sleepless nights.
My Care ApproachMy care as a postpartum doula aims to go beyond practical support. I am called to see and affirm the majesty in every parent I serve. When you feel unseen, overwhelmed, or uncertain,
I seek to remind you of your identity, strength, and dignity.
I speak life over the parts of you that may feel hidden and I help you
wear the crown of
motherhood—or parenthood—
that has been yours all along.This isn’t just about surviving the postpartum season - it’s about navigating it with care, building your confidence, claiming your identity,
and stepping fully into your role
with grace.I bring the practical alongside the poetic: preparing meals, holding your baby so you can shower, lightly tidying your space, running errands
and offering guidance when questions arise. I don’t claim to have all the answers, but you will never be alone
in finding them. These acts are
the hands-on ways I help you rest into your Majesty.
The Heart of Mothered MajestyMotherhood and parenthood are transformative - sometimes beautiful, sometimes challenging, often both. Like a butterfly in metamorphosis, entering and emerging from its cocoon, the postpartum season asks you to release what was and step into what is to come. Everyone who crosses this threshold deserves to be mothered, witnessed, nurtured and crowned
in all their Majesty -
even on the days it doesn’t feel so magical. My calling is to hold space for these transformations, protect your foundation, and guide you toward the crown you were made to wear. When parents are seen and supported, the whole world blooms.
